We ARE able to ship internationally to most countries in the world. We can "express shipped with a guarantee" to Japan, and China! Products can arrive in as little as 4-7 days in your home. We can also ship to almost all other countries.

We ship all of our international orders Global Express. It has been our experience that Global Express shipping offers the most reliable
service to our international customers. This shipping option gives us the ability to track your package and also seems to ease and speed the passage of the package through customs.

In many cases, we subsidize a consider portion of the shipping cost depending on the country we are shipping to. Your international fee is a percentage of the total of the order and will be applied upon checking out. A $4.95 shipping fee is applied against all orders under $100.00, if you spend $100 or more, this $4.95 fee will be waived. The international fee will still apply.

International orders will go out the same day they are placed if the order is placed before 3:00 PM PST. You will receive Express tracking information via email that will let you know that your package was shipped and will enable you to track your package on its journey to your country. Global Express shipping should get your package to you in about 3-7 business days.

Your product is guaranteed. If it does not make it to you for any reason, we will replace and reship your order at no cost to you.

The international fee is required to global express your order which will ensure a timely delivery to you. Some sites claim that their shipping to Canada and other countries is the same price as domestic orders, be aware that they are NOT sending your package Global Express and that you may be waiting up to a month for your order to arrive.
