We really liked those, too! I am going to have to try it again real soon. I am doing a chicken-asparagus bake today.

Hot Cocoa Recipe:

Place 1-2 tsp of Regular Cocoa (Hershey's, Dutched Cocoa - no sweetener) into a coffee mug
Add 8 ounces of Hot Water
Mix together (the cocoa will stir easily into the water)
Sweeten to taste with Stevia (25 drops of liquid stevia works for me)
Top with a dollop of whipped cream!

This helps me get through the afternoon! Enjoy!

If you are a coffee fan - you could add a little coffee into this and enjoy a mocha "like" treat.

Here is another recipe for the strawberry smoothies. This one is adapted for making in a blender - we still get that wonderful (almost ice cream) texture and thought you all might like to see how we do it.

Recipe (double batch):

2 ounces of water
2 scoops Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - vanilla flavor
12 strawberries
1 cup of ice
stevia to taste (between 30-40 drops liquid)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
2 tbsp - whipped topping (optional)
Blend in blender until smooth.
