I made some initial improvements in my symptoms several months ago when I first started taking it but I have been on antibiotics for a chronic condition for the last 6 months and will continue to be taking them for another three months and so I haven't noticed any substantial improvements recently--don't expect many though until I am off of the antibiotics. My doctor is actually monitoring my blood levels of Candida, however, and has been impressed by the fact that they continue to decrease slowly despite the fact that I am on antibiotics.
